Case filed against Kanika Kapoor due to COVID-19

The coronavirus crisis is increasing throughout the country. In India, the virus spread and many people lost their lives. About 291 people have defeated the coronavirus.


Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor is among those who defeated ‘Coroner Virus’. She was kept in the hospital for a long time after being exposed to the coroner virus, but reports of Kovid-19 which turned out to be negative, after which he was discharged from the hospital.


Kanika Kapoor’s problems did not end after being discharged from the hospital. Now, the Uttar Pradesh Police has decided to clamp down on Kanika Kapoor. Yes, when Kanika Kapoor was actually infected with the coroner virus, she was accused of negligence, due to which an FIR was registered against her in Lucknow.

An FIR was lodged against Kanika Kapoor under the CMO, IPC Section 188 (epidemic law), 269 (spread of fatal diseases) and 270 (spread of life-threatening diseases) at Sarojini Nagar police station in Lucknow. Lucknow Police Commissioner Sujit Pandey has decided to interrogate the singer.


Sujit Pandey told News18, “Under Kanika Kapoor, Lok Sabha Police Station has registered a case under Sections 188,269 and 270 of IPC in Sarojini Nagar, Hazratganj and Metro.


In such a case, a group of policemen will interrogate them. Significantly, Kanika Kapoor was found to be ‘coroner positive’ on March 20, after which she was treated at Sanjay Gandhi PGI Hospital in Lucknow.
